FAQ/FUN FACTS
PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS, THE ANSWER MAY BE RIGHT HERE.

· Yes, that is a wig. I bought it from here. They change their stock often, and may not have the same exact wig I use anymore. After buying it, I had to trim the bangs a little, no other styling was required. I highly recommend Perihair for nice-looking, inexpensive wigs.
· Yes, I tweezed my eyebrows off for this particular photo. No it didn't hurt. They took about 2 months to grow back fully. Now I know better and only shave them off now every time I cosplay as Gaara. Shaving them, it only takes about 1 month for them to grown back fully.
· I use liquid eyeliner for my eyes. I cover hard to reach places [lower eyelid, and corner of the eye near the tear duct] with a plain black eyeliner stick. I spend roughly 45 minutes on each eye.
· I use crimson red and tuscan red prisma markers for the kanji. For this particular photo I free-handed it, but now I prefer to use a stencil I made. It washes off very easily with toothpaste and water.
· I DID NOT MAKE THIS OUTFIT. I DID NOT MAKE THIS OUTFIT. I DID NOT MAKE THIS OUTFIT. I purchased it off of eBay. For those curious, I DID MAKE A SEPERATE COAT [not nearly as nice or professional as this black one]. It has the 'correct' anime colors and can be seen here.
· Yes, I have a gourd but I tend to not wear it with the Kazekage outfit. I prefer wearing it with the chuunin outfit since the strap is easier to hide. You can see it here.
· I do not plan to enter any costume contests anytime soon. I have terrible stage-frieght, and lack the self-confidence to try.
· The only thing edited/shopped in this is my eye color and a little added contrast. Original here; The photographer's name was Kevin. Also check out my friend, Fonzy on there. He's dressed up as Shunsei from Bleach and standing next to me in a few photos.
· Yes, I got glomped, hugged and tackled by tons of fangirls. Either willingly or not.
· The earring is a homage many pieces of fanart and even officially earlier parts of the manga when Gaara was depicted as having three earrings on his ears, which I fancy. Earrings like it can be found on eBay, they are usually called "chain cuff earrings" or just "chain earrings".
· I am not a boy, sorry to disappoint. For those that asked, I look like this when not in cosplay. ._.
· I may look tall in this photo, but I am not. I am very short, 5ft 2in.
